Message frequency varies based on your engagement and the services you use. Typically you may receive between 1-10 messages per month, but frequency may increase during active campaigns or onboarding.
When you opt in to our SMS service, you may receive messages related to digital marketing services, project updates, promotional offers, appointment reminders, and other business communications from VIGO LLC (d/b/a Ignited Content).
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 (267) 912-2601. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time using any of the following methods:
Reply STOP: Text the word STOP to any message you receive from VIGO LLC. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages.
Email us: Send an opt-out request to valfilms1@gmail.com with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and include the phone number you wish to unsubscribe.
Call us: Call +1 (267) 912-2601 during business hours to request removal from our messaging list.
After opting out, you may still receive non-marketing transactional messages if you have an active service agreement with us. You can opt out of those as well by contacting us directly.

Standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS/MMS messages sent or received in connection with our messaging program. Message rates depend on your mobile carrier and your individual phone plan. VIGO LLC is not responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your wireless carrier. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan and any applicable charges.
VIGO LLC and mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside our direct control. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any messages sent through our program. You acknowledge that carriers have no obligation to transmit our messages and may terminate or restrict messaging services without notice.
Our services, including our SMS/text messaging program, are intended solely for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our website, submitting the contact form, or opting in to receive text messages, you represent and confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that a person under the age of 18 has provided personal information or subscribed to our messaging program, we will promptly delete their information and remove them from our messaging list.
